Responsible for managing the development and strategic direction of Las Vegas Sands’ mobile applications through identifying a global vendor, product discovery, and definition phases. Managed stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization. Worked with the property teams to drive hundreds of thousands of total downloads, and to utilize a new marketing channel to reach out guests (push notifications).
Managed global SEO initiatives and strategy over 6 global websites while supervising one direct report. Developed an affiliate program for the Venetian|Palazzo hotels that generated over $3 million in hotel booking revenue. Managed the vendor selection process with Procurement, implementation of the tracking pixel, and created a weekly report in SAS to account for affiliate transactions.
Significant project management experience on projects and marketing initiatives at LVSC such as the development of our first generation of mobile sites (Venetian|Palazzo and Marina Bay Sands), a global SOP for managing guest reviews on TripAdvisor, and many other proof of concept projects. Experience moving contracts through the LVSC Procurement/Legal process.
